Here is a picture of me on the set of Fox & Friends Saturday on the Fox News Channel with anchors Mike Jerrick, Juliet Huddy, and Bill McCuddy. I had a blast meeting all the folks at Fox. We laughed all morning. They also had great coffee in the green room.

I live in Virginia with my wife and two sons. I graduated from Virginia Tech in 1984 with a BS in Marketing and convinced Marymount University to give me a master’s degree in Information Management in 1995. For 19 years, I worked as a sales and marketing executive for large global corporations, and then I decided to get a real life and spend time with my family. An award-winning author, I have appeared on FOX & Friends on the FOX News Channel and appeared on many nationally syndicated radio shows. I like long walks on the beach, pina coladas, and getting caught in the rain.
